Planting & Care

1. Planting: The Alocasia Tiny Dancer prefers full sun to partial shade, so place it in front of a bright window. However, you should provide some protection from the harsh afternoon sun.

Because the Alocasia arrives in a roomy container, you shouldn t need to repot right away. Only replant when if the Tiny Dancer outgrows its original container, and select a pot that s about twice the width of the shipped container at that point. Make sure your pot has drainage holes, use organic soil mix, place your plant and water to settle the roots.

2. Watering: Use your finger to check the surrounding soil s moisture level, about 2 or 3 inches down. Water your plant when there are a full two inches of dryness from the top of the soil. You may also mist your Alocasia with a spray bottle twice or three times weekly.

3. Pruning: Remove dead or damaged foliage to encourage healthy growth.
